Stress Reduction

Directions:

2. Repeat step one as necessary, or until unconscious.
3. When unconscious, cease stress reduction activity, as all stress will be gone.

Warning: It may be necessary to go back to step one when consciousness is regained.
This is a certainty for those suffering from stress due to bosses, children, or parents.
